Customer accounts

Adultery requires our customers to register an account before using Credit cards with us. The reason we ask this is that we want to minimize fraud from Illegitimate users which in turn means we can offer a better service to our legitimate clientele.

Registering to become an account holder with Adultery hold many advantages. Users may logon to our site and retrieve or update their details at anytime. Adultery will have special offers from time to time which may be offered to registered customers first or even exclusively. Whilst this is not a club but we recommend you take the time to register with us if you'd like to use a credit card.

Customer account FAQ

Q. What happens if I forget my account password or username?

A. You can retreive your details from the "my account" page by entering in your email address which your account was created with.

Q. Can Adultery see my password and help me if I lose it?

A. No we do not know your password. All passwords are encrypted so not plain text visible.

Q. Can I give my account details to a friend to use?

A. No. Please do NOT ever give out your account details to anyone as if fraudsters were ever to get this information they may attempt to commit fraud in your name. Obviously this has the scope to cause significant problems.

Q. If I'm a registered customer and I can use a credit card with you, will you then ship to a P.O Box?

A. By utilizing any of the great solutions under Payit’n Private™ we are more than happy to ship to a P.O Box. If using a credit card we would only ship to a P.O Box if a prior arrangement was made with us. If you are prepared to supply us with a photocopy of a current drivers licence with your shipping address listed then we will authorize shipping to a nominated address other than your registered address. This is done on a discretionary basis and we reserve the right to alter this at any time if we feel the need.
