Returns

It is important that you choose carefully before making a purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available.

Whilst an exchange service is not available, should you believe that you have received a defective product, or the wrong item has been delivered, it should be returned within 14 days along with all packaging to:

Please mark your package ‘Return’ and include a brief explanation of the defect. Following satisfactory examination of your product by our staff, a full refund will be provided for any product deemed to be faulty.
